Actually that picture was just a test for two things (that's the reason it looks a bit rough): To see how that Model of Claire looks and behaves in Cycles and to see if the nearly 10 year old laptop of my brother can handle the rendering in Cycles... and to my big surprise it worked. But well, you can't take that laptop for anything else anymore anyway, because the screen is already having defect pixels all over.
